Pre-development & Closing
Develop financial models;
Respond to 4%/9% applications;
Prepare lender, agency and syndicator applications;
Negotiate licensing agreements;
Obtain approvals from funders and syndicators;

Manage architectural, environmental, soil boring, expediting activities;

Review income certification and leasing protocols.
Underwriting Training
Staff training on underwriting LIHTC and other affordable transactions. Training includes underwriting, sizing and calculating the following:
Income;
M&O and Permanent Debt;
Development Budget;
Tax Credit Equity;
Cash Flow;
Developer Fee, and
Secondary Mortgages.
